1. Reputable Shipping Partner

To ensure that our souvenirs, especially handcrafted or fragile items (such as ceramic bells, Do paper paintings), are absolutely safe on every journey, Hue Legend has chosen to partner with the reputable shipping unit, Viettel Post. Viettel's dedication and extensive post office network will help our heritage gifts be delivered flawlessly.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Depending on your receiving address, the delivery time is specified as follows:

Hue inner-city area: Support express delivery within 1 hour after the order is successfully confirmed.

Other provinces and cities nationwide: Standard delivery with an estimated time of 2 to 4 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

(Note: Delivery times may vary slightly due to objective factors such as bad weather or peak holidays. Hue Legend will always track your order and notify you promptly).

3. Goods Inspection Policy

To ensure your maximum rights, please carefully check the intact condition of the parcel and gift box before signing for receipt with the delivery staff.

If you find that the product shows signs of damage, breakage, or does not match your order, please refuse to receive it and contact Hue Legend immediately via our Hotline for prompt support and timely exchange or return.

Hue Legend sincerely thanks you for your trust and for choosing gifts deeply imbued with the identity of the Ancient Capital!
